by submitting this registration form, I declare that I have studied and have been fully updated for the particular needs, conditions and requirements of this race, I have undergone proper medical tests and I have submitted to RaceFinder.gr the corresponding medical certificate. I am in excellent physical condition and I take full responsibility for my participation. I discharge in advance the organizers from any responsibility regarding my health, any accident or even my death.

Athlete’s Medical Certificate

Please submit your Medical Certificate at www.racefinder.gr.

The organizer is cooperating with RaceFinder.gr, for receiving and checking of medical certificates. All athletes, with absolutely no cost must submit their medical certificate there. Every athlete, after checking of the documents, will receive certification from the RaceFinder.gr along with a 5-digit unique number which can be used in all contracted with RaceFinder.gr races, for one year from the issuance of the medical certificate! You can send yours medical certificate to info@racefinder.gr. The RaceFinder.gr will check the certificate and they send you a 5-digit unique number.

You can take a photo of the payment receipt and send it to us.

Please proceed with the payment of your participation through bank deposit, indicating the athlete’s name as the reason of deposit.
( Attention: the organizer should receive, the exact amount of the participation, free of any costs from money transferring from a third party Bank. Please be informed for the remittance fee your Bank has, in order to deposit the total amount. If the organizer does not receive the right amount, the registration is not considered valid).

Any payment without a registration application will not be considered valid and will not bind a participation!

Once the registration form is sent, everything will be checked and if everything is properly done, you will receive a confirmation of your registration. Money that will be deposited but will not be followed by the complete registration within 3 working days, are not binding participation and after 15 days will not be returned, the deposit will not be considered valid in order to be linked with subscription. No cancelation of registration is possible or refund. Along with the triathlon registration confirmation e-mail you will also receive the legitimate tax document for the deposit of money for your participation.
