Half Olympic Distance Triathlon

 

Half Olympic Distance Triathlon(750m swim, 20km bike, 5km run)

Starting point: Nissaki.
Finishing: Miaouli sq (Municipality offices).
Route: swimming (triangular route within the port, signed with buoys), bike (1 circle of 20km), running (1 circle or 5.3km).
Starting time: 8.00 a.m..

For an age group to be complete, there must be at least 4 participations. If not, the athletes of this category will be awarded with the next age group. The winners of the general categories will be awarded only once and will not participate in the age groups awards.
All the athletes participating in the triathlon race will receive a full Triathletes Kit which will be found in the transition zone – at the number given by the event organizers before the race.
For an athlete to receive the Triathletes Kit must participate an be present the day of the race at the transition zone.
For the last-minute registrations, the Triathletes Kit might not be full
Athletes who register but show up on the race day will not receive the Triathletes kit after the race.

Registrations opening: September 2017
Registrations closure: Sunday 27th of May 2018 (for a registration to be valid, all documents along with payment should have been confirmed by the TriMore team. If not, the registration is cancelled – while payment without documents (or the other way round) do no withhold race slots.
There will be 4 levels of registration entry fee.
"FANS" Pre- registered athletes will receive the lowest price level or registration for all sports.
The next level will be the "early bird registration" which will be concluded until the 31/1/2018.
Then there will be the "late bird registration" until the 15/5/2018.
"Last minute registrations" until the 20/6/2018.

All athletes registered will be able to book their ferry tickets along with anyone else escorting him/ her and any vehicles with 50% discount through Blue Star ferries (Event sponsor), as well as other benefits that the organizers will communicate to the ahtletes.
